With each massage, I incorporate a variety of enhancements included in the cost: cupping, essential oil, hot towels, and hot stones, depending on your needs.

This 75 minute session was created for those who may have busy schedules but want to prioritize some solid bodywork and massage therapy into their self-care routine. This additional 15 minutes allows you the choice to focus on areas that need extra work or to include some deeper relaxation techniques. Enhancements included: cupping, essential oil, hot towels, and hot stones.
Therapeutic Massage — 90 min
This 90 minute, customizable session is absolutely wonderful! Blending modalities and techniques, we are able to achieve legitimate change in troubled areas while also allowing time for you to truly zen out and focus on yourself. Enhancements included: cupping, essential oil, hot towels, and hot stones, depending on your needs.
Therapeutic Massage — 120 min
This 120 minute, customizable session is ideal for those who want to focus on troubled areas while leaving time to also explore other regions that may need attention. Having 2 full hours to work together can be beneficial to those who are recovering from injury, craving extra care for their muscles, or who want to incorporate the benefits of both relaxing and therapeutic massage. Enhancements included.
Hot Stone Massage — 60 min
This 60-minute session uses smooth heated hot stones to apply warmth to specific areas on the body, promoting deep relaxation by utilizing localized heat to ease tension, reduce inflammation, and improve circulation. Includes hot towels and essential oils.
